Frequency: 4 days per week

 

Circuit Workout:

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds rest. Complete 3 rounds.

  1. Jumping Jacks

  2. Bodyweight Squats

  3. High Knees

  4. Mountain Climbers

  5. Burpees

  6. Plank Jacks

  7. Jump Lunges

  8. Russian Twists
