6. CrossFit Style Workout

Frequency: 3 days per week

 

Workout:

  1. AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) in 20 minutes:

    • 10 Thrusters (using dumbbells or barbell)

    • 10 Box Jumps

    • 10 Kettlebell Swings

    • 10 Burpees

    • 200m Run
