  1. Brisk Walking: 45 minutes at a steady pace

  2. Cycling: 30 minutes at a moderate intensity

  3. Swimming: 30 minutes of continuous laps

  4. Elliptical Trainer: 45 minutes at a moderate pace

  5. Rowing Machine: 30 minutes at a steady pace
